JOB SUMMARY As a CX & UX Testing Analyst, you will play a significant role in elevating user experiences and fostering innovation in our digital products and services. Your responsibilities will encompass actively contributing to the creation, evaluation, and implementation of user-centric solutions that enhance the overall user experience for patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders. Collaborating closely with fellow designers and researchers, you will be responsible for conducting quantitative research testing with our customers and providers. Your role will involve synthesizing research findings into valuable insights and recommendations and will be responsible for qualifying customer behavior through the use of measurable data and outcomes. We're looking for a self-driven individual who can work seamlessly within a team, driven by the desire to positively impact people's lives. SALARY The pay range for this position is $74,776 (entry-level qualifications) - $130,624 (highly experienced) The specific rate will depend upon the successful candidate's specific qualifications and prior experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE Lead and conduct customer and user research testing activities independently, identifying user needs and opportunities for enhancing our digital products and services.Design and execute comprehensive user-centered customer experience and user experience research testing methodologies, including surveys, concept tests, usability tests, A/B tests and other quantifiable tools to measure user experience and observations.Analyze and interpret research findings, translating them into actionable insights for teams and stakeholders.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, actively influencing product development with research data-driven insights.Develop a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, staying informed about trends, regulations, and user expectations.Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization, fostering a culture of CX & UX research testing impact.Develop numerical standards, metrics and guidelines to measure customer experience.Lead the customer experience and user experience research testing team as the subject matter expert, owning the discipline and provide recommendations and guidance on the ideal approach.Stay updated on the latest CX & UX research testing methodologies and tools, enhancing research processes. KEY SUCCESS FACTORS Exemplify a deep sense of empathy and relentless curiosity, seeking to uncover the intricacies of user motivations and behaviors.Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field like Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related discipline.Present a track record of proven experience as a CX or UX research tester, showcasing a portfolio with impactful research outcomes that have influenced product design and strategy.Demonstrate expertise in conducting a variety of qualitative and quantitative research testing methods, including concept testing, surveys, A/B testing, usability testing, card sorting, heuristic evaluations and more.Showcase proficiency in analyzing research testing data and synthesizing findings into actionable insights and recommendations.Exhibit excellent communication skills, capable of effectively conveying research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Possess a strong foundation in CX and UX design principles and a clear understanding of how research testing shapes and guides design decisions.Demonstrated experience using research testing tools for experimental design like multi-variant testing, tree testing, etc. to test hypotheses, generalize findings to larger populations, and measure the extent and strength of relationships between variables.While not obligatory, familiarity with healthcare industry trends, patient engagement, and regulations is advantageous.Display proficiency in using CX and UX research testing tools and software, leveraging platforms like UserTesting.com, Qualtrics, Figma, Figiam, Optimizely, Google Optimize and other testing analytics tools.Manage multiple research projects independently, adhering to deadlines while ensuring quality outcomes.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, contributing insights and collaborating seamlessly.
