Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities * Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment. * Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system. * Serves as company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. * When not traveling may be called upon to participate in 24/7 phone support. * Travel away from workplace may be up to 75%. * Must be able to exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. * May be assigned to specific customer accounts as the primary technical support contact. * Other duties may be assigned as required.Education and Experience Requirements * Requires a BS degree or equivalent and 0 - 2 years experience.Preferred Skills and Abilities * The ability to deal effectively with customers. * Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time.Compensation: Salary range for this position is: $75,000- $93,000 annuallyThe base salary pay range for this job level is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, business considerations, and local market conditions, as well as candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, and skills.Working Conditions and Physical DemandsOffice environment. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
