Respond to a variety of daily maintenance requests efficiently and accurately. Be committed to people by listening to the needs of our residents and teammates with the goal of providing an exceptional resident experience every day. Be passionate about our community by ensuring grounds, amenities and office are ready to WOW customers at all times. Work well under pressure and have experience with electricity, plumbing, carpentry, repair HVACs, troubleshoot various appliance problems, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to emergency requests from residents. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 4 year(s): Maintenance, Mechanical or HVAC experience in Apartments Proven knowledge and success in the area of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry and OSHA standards EDUCATION REQUIRED High School Diploma or Equivalent or better LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED Drivers License PREFERRED HVAC Universal Electrician CAMT Journeyman Plumber SKILLS REQUIRED Problem Solving Customer Service Communication - Written Communication - Verbal REQUIRED Hand tools and work truck or van.
