Summary The Customer Solutions Specialist will be responsible for sales and customer support for all Cool-A-Zone’s evaporative cooling products & Direct Luxury Solutions. https://www.coolazone.com https://directluxurysolutions.com Duties and responsibilities What We Are Looking For Positive attitude with self-motivation Willingness to learn and utilize proven techniques to help grow the business Excellent communications skills, written, and verbal. Strong negotiating and follow-up skills Identify potential clients and turn this into increased business. Technical working knowledge of electronics preferred The ability to help diagnose and solve customer issues Valid driver’s license required with reliable transportation Must be willing to work occasional weekends Must be able to work extended hours as needed during events that occur out of town Strong planning and project management skills The Ability to build trust and strong relationships The Ability to be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to lift 70 – 100 lbs Collect lead/contact information/ Submit weekly progress reports Represent Cool-A-Zone in a positive manner - must dress and act professionally Education Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, experience may be considered in lieu of education. Experience 1 -2 years of direct sales experience Skills Must be proficient in MS Office products Ability to grasp concepts quickly in a face paced environment. Closing Skills Comfortability in speaking to multiple people at once Bi-Lingual a plus Travel Must be willing to travel 30% - 40% of the time or as needed Powered by JazzHR
