The ideal candidate should have:Job Overview:Position: Commercial Litigation Associate AttorneyLocation: Orlando, FLExperience Level: Mid-level (4-6 years)Duties:Handle various aspects of commercial litigation and business torts cases.Take and defend depositions effectively.Draft dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions.Engage in written and oral advocacy.Requirements:4-6 years of experience in commercial litigation.Experience in various facets of commercial litigation and business torts.Strong knowledge of deposition procedures.Proficient in drafting dispositive, expert, and discovery motions.Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.Education Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Florida Bar is preferred.Skills:Exceptional legal research and writing abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
