The Global Process Manager works with business partners across Mc Cormick to identify, align, and implement standardized world class process and technology. This individual collaborates with key stakeholders to assist in identifying opportunities to deliver new services for unmet capability needs. The incumbent must be able to develop and communicate roadmaps, capabilities, solutions, and business cases. Key accountabilities include: leadership to drive global alignment on industry standard solutions, design and deployment of globally aligned end: to: end processes, business transformation (change management), seamless collaboration with IT group.
