This role will give you the chance to play a key role on ground-breaking and high-profile defence projects with values in the hundreds of millions. You'll be part of an industry-leading team, working with Marshall stakeholders. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be the SME for equipment maintenance, managing asset, equipment maintenance and repair operations focused on providing front-line business support to the highest levels of equipment availability and reliability. You will manage maintenance repair operations safely, ensuring compliance with legislation relating to equipment assets. Responsibilities: Accountable manager for ensuring compliance with associated legislation; PUWER, LOLER, DSEAR, LEV, PSSR, HAV etc Drive continuous improvement of Assets to further drive efficiency of operations, reducing Mean time to repair (MTTR) and increasing Mean time before failure (MTBF). Manage the equipment asset maintenance teams across the business. Manage Planned Preventative maintenance (PPM) and repair operations in line with business needs. Ensure staff have a clear understanding of priorities within the service and understand how their performance, development and contributions relate to the Functions aims and objectives.
