At Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel, we have an exciting opening to join our team as a Fitness Instructor/Spa Team Member… We are looking for someone who can commit to Part-Time (24 hours per week), across a minimum of 3 to 4 shifts per week including weekends (it is essential you have weekend availability). Being flexible would be a great plus! We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means we can offer great flexibility if required. At Kimpton we encourage our Team Members to Be Yourself and Lead Yourself! We will be there to support you each step of the way. We are paying £11.60 per hour (£14,476.00 per annum), all overtime is paid for. As a Fitness Instructor/Spa Team Member your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting the overall guest experience in our Spa and Leisure setting through answering guest queries; being knowledgeable about Health and Safety regulations; taking fitness classes with our guests; ensuring our fitness areas are clean and safe and going above and beyond to make sure guests leave with a smile! To smash this role out of the park, the key skills & experience you’ll ideally already have are: Experience working as a Fitness Instructor or similar (ideally within a Hotel environment! ) Fitness Level 2 qualification (essential) Knowledge of Health and Safety practices, confident in maintaining a hygienic environment A friendly manner, happy to communicate with our guests and cater their experience to their needs and wants! Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team! So why work for us (aside from joining an awesome team…)?
