Receptionist – Senior School We are looking to recruit a job share Receptionist on a part time, permanent basis. The days of work are Monday and Friday. The hours of work are 8am to 5:30pm, with an unpaid hour for lunch. The successful applicant will provide a polite, efficient and proactive reception service. They will welcome visitors, answer the telephone, forward calls, deal with queries or take and pass on messages as appropriate. The reception is the first impression of the school for many visitors and providing a warm welcome to visitors, pupils and staff is a key part of this role. We have a strategic aim and commitment to increase the diversity of our staff body. We are passionate about the adults in our community being positive role models for pupils of all backgrounds and we also want our staff to reflect the diversity of our pupil body and wider society in general. We would therefore particularly welcome applicants who come from ethnically minoritised backgrounds.
