Role: Pre: Construction Manager Location: South West Region Contract: Permanent Start Date: Immediate An opportunity has arisen for a Pre: Construction Manager to work with the Bristol based regional office for one of the most successful contractors in the industry. As the Pre: Construction Manager, you will be responsible for all pre: construction activities, including preliminary budgets, value engineering, pre: construction schedules, definition of bid package scopes etc. Previous experience working across a variety of sectors on schemes ranging from GBP10: GBP60m would be advantageous. Duties And Responsibilities Oversee the tender process across the full range of sectors and 2 stage and single stage procurement routes Development of tender submissions to integrate the design team and supply chain to maximise efficiency and deliver fully considered commitments Taking ownership of the end: to: end bid process and implementation of all necessary bid procedures and processes Ensuring that all submissions are produced to the highest level Developing innovation that will support the tender offerings including new digital technology and modern methods of construction Managing target tenders through the Preferred Bidder period to contract award What are they looking for?
