Social worker: MASH: Non Caseholding Non Stop Care is currently working with a well established local authority in the Oxfordshire area who are looking for an experienced social worker to join their MASH team. This is a Non Caseholding role allowing you to have a more balanced work load and work within your contracted hours leading to an improved work life balance allowing for greater job satisfaction. Responsibilities: Oversee the MASH social workers and navigators from the multi: agency network, to ensure full analysis of concerns and strengths are informing the level of decision making which could be for a strategy discussion, single backssment, targeted early help, or again advice and guidance. Benefits: Competitive pay rate : Up to GBP38 p/hr Non Case holding Career progression opportunities Immediate start Requirements: The ideal candidate will have 2 years post qualifying experience and will ideally have experience Child Protection or Referral and backssment or MASH teams.
