We have an exciting new opportunity for a Corporate Services Officer to join our team based in Bristol. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week. In return, you will receive a salary of £34,800 per annum. About our Corporate Services Officer role: To ensure effective support to the Board, Sub-Committees and the Executive Team, which includes providing efficient and timely administration, including agenda setting, minute taking, proof reading and combining papers. The role also provides enhanced support to the Executive Team primarily supporting Executive Team meetings and providing diary management where needed. Key Responsibilities as our Corporate Services Officer: Attendance at committee meetings to take, produce and issue minutes in accordance with agreed deadlines. Maintain the ‘matters arising’ action log in an appropriate format for presentation at meetings. Complete project-based work in relation to company secretarial and governance activities where necessary. To provide support to the Governance & Risk Manager, and cover for the Governance officer role which supports the Board. Assist in the timely collation of committee papers and co-ordinate their production for the Sub-Committees checking completeness and quality assurance in terms of content and format, and despatch agenda in accordance with agreed deadlines. Assist the Company Secretary/Governance Manager in providing support to Committee Members and Chairs. Organise meeting locations, refreshments and travel where required. Assist with the scheduling of agendas and forward plans. Assist with Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR) and other information requests.
