The Package As an Accounts Payable Administrator , you will benefit from: A competitive salary between £25,000 to £27,000, with the level dependent on experience Potential to earn annual bonus 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Company pension Participate in company share scheme Free on-site parking You will be employed on a permanent contract, working predominantly Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Flexibility with working hours will be required due to the nature of the role. The role will be office-based. The Role – Accounts Payable Administrator Reporting to the Finance Manager, as an Accounts Payable Administrator (operating within a team of three) you will be integral to the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of purchase ledger transactions, working to strict deadlines whilst remaining accurate and efficient. Your duties will include, although will not be limited to: Processing a high volume of purchase invoices Requesting and reviewing supplier statements Generating BACS and electronic bank payments to suppliers, for both our UK and US locations Issuing cheques to suppliers Ensuring that internal controls are compiled timely and fully documented Assisting external.
