Job Title: Maintenance Mechanical Engineer Pay: GBP20 per hour Contract: Temp to Perm Shifts: 45 hours 08:00:17:00 Location : Leeds Main Duties include: Heating and domestic water services General Electrical services such as lighting and power Air handling units Low voltage electrical distribution system and switch gear Emergency standby generating plant Fire alarm systems and emergency lighting Electrical control systems Building Management System Manage Plant Rooms, including Steam Pipes and fixtures. Qualifications and Key Skills: Qualified time served engineer with minimum 3 years post apprenticeship experience required, Healthcare experience desirable but not essential, Cross: trade experience advantageous.
