Irish Speaking Customer Service / Contracts Executive Salary from GBP25,000 per annum (DOE) Monday : Friday shifts 8am : 4pm / 9am : 5pm with the occasional Saturday morning shift. PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE Benefits: 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing to 33 days with length of service. Job Responsibilities: Inbound and outbound calls Setting up suppliers and customers on company systems Checking documentation Inputting quotes and agreeing pricing Requirements: Fluent in Irish language is essential Excellent organisation and time management skills. A confident, friendly manner with a high level of customer focus. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Comfortable at making decisions on a frequent basis.
