Job Title: Employee Relations Administrator Reports to: Director of Business Support Services Responsible for: Employee Relations and Support for Non-TFW Employees Job Summary: This role requires an individual who exemplifies the company values of humble, driven, and solutions oriented. This is equal parts of problems with systems and processes and t he common sense that an employee has about people. They are aware, act appropriately, ask good questions, and listen to understand. The Employee Relations Administrator oversees employee relations and support services for both unionized packline staff and non-unionized employees. This position aims to enhance accessibility to HR resources, address employee concerns, and promote a culture of inclusivity and trust. Role and Accountability: Serve as the primary point of contact for both unionized and non-unionized employees regarding HR inquiries, concerns, and support services. Enhance accessibility to HR resources and visibility of the HR department for all employees, including packline staff and non-unionized workers. Address employee concerns and conflicts promptly and confidentially, promoting open communication and resolution while adhering to collective agreements for unionized staff.
