Employbridge Search Group is seeking a Loan Originator for the Greater Lexington Area Office Hours are Monday -Friday 8:00AM to 5:30PM Base Salary 50K plus commissions -potential of 150K Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, and Holiday pay Job Summary: The Loan originator will manage the processing of loans . This includes collecting data and documentation, background checks, communicate and follow the process from start to finish. Looking for a Self -Starter with People skills, and Goal oriented. Job Requirements: The loan originator must have 3-4 year's experience in finance, banking, loan officer, or mortgage lender. Microsoft office Suite-Outlook, Word, Excel and Virtual teams QuickBase experience CRM experience Good Communication with Sales Team and Management Monthly check ins with underwriters Able and Willing to Travel out of State for Event Perform Background Checks, be confidential for sensitive information.
