Spa & Wellness Manager Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 annum + Service Charge + Housing Allowance + Bonus + Benefits +more Location: Dominican Republic My client is currently seeking a Spa & Wellness Manager to join the team and contribute to the exceptional guest experience, starting as soon as possible. Responsibilities: Overseeing the daily operations of the spa and wellness facility Ensuring high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and safety in all spa areas Hiring, training, and supervising spa staff, including therapists, estheticians, and receptionists Managing spa budgets, expenses, and revenue goals, and implementing strategies to maximize profitability Monitoring guest feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes Maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards for spa operations Ideal Spa & Wellness Manager:2+ years of experience in a managerial role within the spa and wellness industry, with a strong understanding of spa operations and services Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Experience in budget management, revenue forecasting, and financial analysis Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously If you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Danny today danny@COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
