Volt is immediately hiring multiple Turbine Engine Mechanic Assemblers for immediate direct hire and temp to hire employment..Great Benefits upon perm hire: Comprehensive Insurance Plans, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Technical Courses, Community Involvement Opportunities, Fitness Center, Flexible Spending Accounts, Paid Time off, Retirement Income Programs.As a Turbine Engine Mechanic Assembler you will: Install and assembly of mechanical components on gas turbine engines Layout, fabricate and perform assembly of engines and motors Install hydraulic tubing Route cables and wires and perform electrical terminations Cable harnessing and wire harnessing Follow blueprints and drawings Utilize hand tools - specifically wrenchesWe have full time and temp to hire opportunities.We are hiring for 1st shift (6am - 2:30pm) and 2nd shift (3pm - 11:30pm). Overtime available. The company offers job stability, growth opportunities and a fun/employee friendly environment.The ideal candidate will have: Mechanical assembly experience - layout, install, wiring, of larger mechanical pieces - anyone who has worked with wrenches and hand tools Experience working as a auto mechanic , diesel mechanic , aviation mechanic , engine mechanic , or HVAC is preferred but not required on engines Shipyard or military experience ideal Ability to read blueprints and drawings Experience using hand tools - wrenches Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test Have a high school diploma or GEDSalary: 25.00-25.75/hr*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Optional - remove this if not including pay ratesQualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
