Natural Retreats is looking for a full-time Warehouse Operator to join our 360 Blue Team in Santa Rosa Beach, FL team! The Warehouse Operator will be responsible for both the maintenance of the linen and housekeeping tasks. Weekends are required. Compensation: $18.00/hour BENEFITS & PTO: Natural Retreats contributes to both employee and dependent premiums ! 15 vacation days 9 holidays 7 sick days 5 NR Days with a $1,500 allowance to book a NR/360 Blue vacation home! Maternity AND Paternity Leave Medical (Traditional PPO-style plans and High Deductible Plan w/ HSA) Dental Vision Flexible Spending Accounts (medical and dependent care) 401K retirement plan options with 3.5% company match Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance (100% company paid) Basic Life Insurance Policy of $50,000 (100% company paid) Supplemental Life Insurance (Employee, Spouse, Child) $200 Wellness Benefit Job Duties: Responsible for cleaning, storing, bagging of linens Inventory twice weekly for regular stock items Inspects linens for damage and sorts out Sort and package amenities Issue linen bags to contractors Ensure a clean and orderly environment Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment Experience and Skills: Strong attention to detail Strong work ethic Time Management Must be a team player Must be able to lift 50 lbs Expected Work Hours: This is a full-time position. The hours are subject to change and will vary based on occupancy, arrivals, and departures. Due to the nature of the job, Team Members should be flexible with their hours. Weekends and holidays are generally busy with arrivals and departures and considered working days. We encourage our Team Members to take 2 days off per week where possible. Exact daily schedules may vary from season to season and differ from in-season to off-season.
