A community health center in North Central Montana has an opening for an experienced Dentist to join their team. Compensation and benefits: Salary range of $175,000-$195,000 annually $10,000 Relocation $12,000 Sign-on Health, Dental, Vision insurance Tuition Reimbursement CME Allowance Generous Time Off! Job Details: Work 4 10-hour shifts or 5 8-hour shifts Join 1 Dentist, 3 Dental Assistants, and 2 Dental Hygienists Responsibilities include: Examine patients' medical records Prepare patients for treatment (e.g. by applying oral sedation or anesthesia) Check teeth, gums, and other parts of the mouth, along with X-rays and tests, to diagnose dental problems Identify tooth decay and replace cavities with fillings Design and fit dental prosthetics, such as bridges, crowns, and dentures Conduct tooth extractions and root canal procedures Perform surgeries on diseased tissues and bones Prescribe medication as needed Promote good oral health and preventive dental care (e.g. by scheduling regular check-ups) Requirements: Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry Degree 1-3 Years of relevant experience Community: This beautiful Northern Montana city is home to oil and agriculture. The local museum features area history, homesteading items, and a dinosaur collection. Nearby, the Sweet Grass Hills offer hiking and wildlife viewing of deer, antelope, elk, foxes, golden eagles, and grouse. North of town, Lake Shel-oole offers camping and outdoor recreation. Be sure to stop at the Carousel Rest Area in Shelby. Featuring a restored 1936 merry-go-round with 900 lights and hand-painted animals, the carousel is a labor of love completed by the Shelby community in 2018.
