We are seeking a talented and experienced Hospitality Construction Manager to oversee construction projects within the hospitality portfolio. The Construction Manager will play a key role in managing the planning, execution, and delivery of hotel construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing construction projects in the hospitality sector and a passion for delivering excellence in every aspect of their work. What you’ll enjoy: Pay- $100-115K Depending upon experience ComprehensiveBenefits/Holidays/PTO 401K + Match Responsibilities: Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans, specifications, and schedules. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards throughout the construction process. Oversee the selection and negotiation of contracts with construction vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports for senior management. Communicate regularly with project teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership to provide updates on project status, milestones, and challenges. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between all parties involved in the construction process to ensure project success. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on hospitality, multi family or commercial projects. Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from conception to completion. Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and industry best practices. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in construction management software, AutoCAD, project scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. 360 Talent Avenue is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
