We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is passionate about marketing and social media to join our dynamic and fast-growing real estate team. The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, and brand promotion. Responsibilities: --- Responsible for managing all marketing, social media, PR, and branding initiatives, including print, digital, social, direct mail, photography, and video --- Ensures that company messages and materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy are professional, well-written, accurate, and consistent --- Creates, edits, delivers, and optimizes marketing materials and advertising campaigns and owns their implementation from ideation to execution --- Assists new team members in growing and expanding their social presence and creating a uniform message across all platforms --- Experiments with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis --- Manages website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up-to-date and relevant --- Creates training materials for agents regarding our systems, policies, procedures, and scripts --- Delivers reports on analytics across marketing campaigns, web, and social platforms, to assess against goals and advise on improvements --- Assists in planning, coordinating, and promoting special events for agents and clients --- Build strategic relationships and partners with key industry players, agencies, and vendors Qualifications: --- 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field --- Advanced knowledge of current market trends --- Must be driven with strong writing, communication, and project management skills --- 4-year degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field required --- Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms --- Understanding of Adobe Suite Programs, Canva, ChatGPT, Monday About Company: At Reside Real Estate, we value innovation, teamwork, and dedication.
