As a security guard in the Commercial sector, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of workers for some of the biggest brands out there! We provide people with growth opportunities. 30% of our frontline employees are promoted to become part of our operation teams. What does a Security Guard in Thompson do? Patrol the site and conduct baggage searches Check all doors and ensure they are closed and not jimmied anyway to allow for entrance Visible deterrent to any vagrancy, vandalism, and/or loitering. Must be vigilant in patrolling those areas and be visible walking around. Maintain a safe and secure work environment Provide Excellent Customer Service Professional attitude Other duties as assigned Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Thompson? Previous experience in the Security industry is an asset Excellent oral and written communication skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Valid Manitoba security guard license Available to work Flexible hours SSWINN.
