What We Are Looking For: The Onboarding Sales Engineer is responsible for working directly with Business Development Representatives (BDR) and Strategic Partners with the technical sales activities by providing expertise on Sectigo security products. This role will work through the pre- sale’s stages, understanding potential customers’ technical needs and translating how our platform offerings could be a fit. In addition to acting as the technical liaison between Sectigo's potential partner and our product and engineering teams, this role will set client expectations and architect solutions as needed for potential partners. What You’ll Be Doing: Primarily focused on taking a customer from trial to launch, ensuring they complete their Sectigo solutions integration successfully. Provide subject matter expertise in relation to both the Sectigo security products and integrations pre- and post-sale.
