Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time Salary: $22.00 Hourly, for 30.00 Hours per week Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible Position Number:1 Location:5386 Imperial St Burnaby, BC V5J 1E Education: No formal education required. Experience: At least 2 years of experience required Languages: Written and Spoken English is required. Duties: • Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers• Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules• Authorize payments and the return of merchandise• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supplyshortages• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters• Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance• Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness• May perform the same duties as workers supervised• May perform key holding and managerial duties if required, such as opening and closingthe store, managing escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketingstrategies, and signing for deliveries. •Essential Skills: Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing Employer: Save Big on Used Tires Ltd.
