We strive to provide the best care to today’s patients and to transform the understanding and treatment of mental illness and addiction for the patients of tomorrow. As Fellowship Program Administrator, you will work collaboratively with team members and the Program Director to support Canada’s largest fellowship program in Psychiatry. Serving as the primary point of contact, youwill respond to all fellowship program related inquiries for a variety of stakeholders, nationally and internationally. You will liaise with trainees and faculty to coordinate program activities, assist with the execution of events and provide a wide array of program support. Your outstanding organizational skills and clear and effective communication skills will contribute to the ongoing success of the fellowship program. Your responsibilities will include: Acting as the first point of contact, responding to inquiries and redirecting to other staff or faculty as appropriate Providing detailed information to students on program and/or course requirements Receiving and passing on application documents for review and verifying the accuracy and completeness of documents Liaising with students and faculty to coordinate rotation and program schedules and.
