Date Posted: 08/02/2023 Req ID: 33197 Faculty/Division: Ofc of the Chief Information Officer Department: Enterprise Apps & Solutions Integration Campus: St. George (Downtown Toronto) Position Number: 00054742 Description: About us: The Enterprise Applications and Solutions Integration (EASI) department within the Chief Information Officer’s (CIO) Division is a central department responsible for all matters pertaining to the development, maintenance and effectiveness of the core administrative management and student systems at the U of T. Included within these responsibilities are all central SAP systems, such as Financial Services, Human Resources, Research Administration and Procurement; the central U of T Student System (ROSI); approximately 40 related vendor and specialized web applications, as well as central Business Intelligence and Document Management applications. Your opportunity: Under the general direction of the Manager, Core SIS System products, or their designate, you will be part of a dynamic, collaborative and innovative team focused on delivering transformational technology solutions to the University. Through your efforts in this position, you will directly help improve the University’s administrative management and student systems. In this position you will be responsible for designing, developing, documenting, and implementing technical Salesforce development to support feature enhancements and projects related to Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Education Cloud and Salesforce products associated with product outcomes. You will achieve these outcomes using Apex, Lightning Components / Lightning Web Components Framework, Visualforce, Java Script, HTML and CSS, SOAP/REST APIs, Flows, Process Builder and related Salesforce development features. You will work with the University’s Information Technology Services (ITS) enterprise architecture and integration team to maintain integrations between Salesforce and the University’s Student.
