About the role We are currently looking for a reliable, motivated, committed and passionate Healthcare Assistants to support our client in Prestwich with complex needs. This package is to supporting a young man during the week to attend college and social events/ days out at the weekend and college holidays. Client has their own vehicle to travel in so driver essential. Days and Nights available. All applicants must have a keen passion for working with clients who have complex care needs. We can offer you: Hours available are: Days: Monday - Friday, 0800 - 2000, Saturday and Sunday 0900 - 2000 Nights: Sunday - Thursday, 2000 - 0800, Friday and Saturday, 2000 - 0900 Excellent hourly rates - market leading basic rates and enhancements for bank holidays Paid mandatory training - this is paid to you following completion of 100 hours work Unlimited free training access to our e-learning platform, Nurse led and hands on training and support Free DBSHoliday Entitlement Clear development opportunities - we invest in you In return, we'd like you to have: Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and listening A caring and compassionate attitude The ability to commit to regular (flexible) hours including nights If you have any of the following experience, it will support your application – but even if you don't we can still offer FREE training in all these areas: Tracheostomy care Medication management Manual handling PEGOxygen Suction Challenging behaviours Downs syndrome Autism Advantage Healthcare is a leading care provider who puts care at the heart of everything we do.
