Job Description: RGN We are looking for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. Responsibilities: backss, plan and implement nursing care for residents in accordance with their individual needs. Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by the doctor. Monitor and record vital signs of residents. Provide emotional support to residents and their families. Ensure that all nursing documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Communicate effectively with other members of the healthcare team. Requirements: Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification. Current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC).
