Cardiac Respiratory Specialist Nurse We are looking for a Cardiac Respiratory Specialist Nurse toprovide cardiac respiratory nursing care to clients with various heart and lung conditions, such as: • Coronary heart disease• Heart failure• Heart rhythm problems• Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)• Asthma• Cystic fibrosis• Pulmonary hypertension As a Cardiac Respiratory Specialist Nurse, you will work collaboratively with your clients to help them achieve their goals, such as: • Managing their symptoms, such as chest pain, breathlessness, cough and fatigue• Adhering to their treatment plan, such as medications, oxygen therapy and inhalers• Adopting healthy lifestyle choices, such as smoking cessation, diet and exercise• Enhancing their well-being, such as reducing stress, improving mood and increasing confidence You will also be involved in backssing and monitoring your clients' progress, maintaining accurate records, liaising with other professionals, and participating in supervision and training.
