The Role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will collaborate on pre- and post-contract project stages to ensure accurate project cost backssment. Requirements: Previously worked for at least 3-5 years as an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor. Hold a Level 8 Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics. Registered as a Quantity Surveyor under the Building Control Act 2007. Skilled in Microsoft packages and measurement software, i. e. Cost X and Cubit. PQS / Consultancy experience. Preferred Chartered status. Beneficial Valid driving license and own car.
