We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Day Technician Electrical to join a dynamic team at a state-of-the-art datacentre facility. Day Technician – HV Authorised Person Company Overview: Join a leading Data Centre provider Their state-of-the-art facilities ensure the seamless operation of critical infrastructure for businesses across various industries. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Day Technician Electrical to join a dynamic team at a state-of-the-art datacentre facility. As a Day Technician you will play a crucial role in ensuring the uninterrupted operation of critical electrical systems. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and inspections on electrical systems, including UPS units, generators, switchgear and distribution panels. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance Conduct regular testing and load bank exercises to backss the reliability and capacity of electrical infrastructure Collaborate with other teams to coordinate PPMMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status and performance metrics Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and infrastructure upgrades. Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. Qualifications: HVAP certification High Voltage Authorized Person is mandatory. Proven experience in Data Centre/Server room operations Strong technical background in electrical systems, HVAC, cooling systems, and facility infrastructure.
