Creative Personnel have partnered with a leading Audio Visual Integrator who are looking for a Junior CAD Technician to join them on a permanent basis. Junior CAD Technician London Full time £25k The role is working for a leading technology design and build company that offer excellent benefits and training. Duties of the Junior CAD Technician include: Develop detailed design drawings and specifications using CAD software Collaborate with engineers to understand project requirements and convert conceptual designs into detailed technical drawing Ensure all CAD designs comply with company standards and relevant industry regulations Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems Maintain up-to-date knowledge of drafting standards, engineering practices, and new developments in Solid Works and other CAD software Assist in the preparation of documentation, reports, and plans Generate high quality technical reports, both intercompany and customer facing Develop and maintain working relationships across the company to allow effective team working We would be keen to speak with Junior CAD Technicians with the following skills: Strong understanding of engineering principles and design practices. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Familiarity with other CAD software and technology.
