EAM-Mosca Corp. – Shipping Operations Associate Job Type: Full Time, Hourly Reporting Structure: Reports to Operations Manager – Machine Assembly EAM-Mosca Corp., Hazle Township PA, a dynamic market leader in the area of end-of-line automated packaging machinery and consumable strapping solutions, is seeking a driven and experienced Shipping Operations Associate. EAM-Mosca is privately held and retains a unique, focused, entrepreneurial culture. EAM-Mosca also enjoys a blue-chip client base of highly successful North and South American manufacturing companies and has a portfolio of products applicable to a variety of end-use markets. The key to the ongoing success of the business is a system-based product portfolio featuring standard as well as custom engineered packaging machinery solutions and a superior consumable packaging product, complimented by quality technical service and readily available aftersales parts support. Role and Responsibilities: Performs safety check on lifts daily Pull stock from inventory as per information on the packing list received from the order clerk Ensure all trucks or containers are loaded in such a way that products arrive safely Ensure all orders are signed off on the bill of lading by the drivers Check and sign all receiving documents after ensuring the incoming product is not damaged and is correct as per the purchase order If damage is present fill out required damage report damage to purchasing department or the head of the department or any member of management Follow all work instructions relating to the warehouse position Retain copies of all required paperwork and return to the order clerk Transport materials and machines between 525 and 675 as required, using the company truck Rotate stock as required Keep warehouse neat and clean Contact appropriate vendors for equipment maintenance Complete monthly cycle counts Performs Building and Grounds functions as directed by the Operations Manager Profile and Background: Strong safety focus High School diploma or GED required 3- 5 years shipping and receiving experience preferred Forklift certification required Experience in a manufacturing company required Non-CDL DOT certified or willing to get certified Ability to keep neat and organized records and files with attention to detail. Good problem-solving skills.
