Junior-level All-source Analyst (UAM Analysis Support) - SOCOM - Tampa, FL Location Florida, Tampa Department BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Employment Duration Full Time Celestar Corporation is seeking aJunior-level All-source Analyst (UAM Analysis Support) supporting the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency's (DCSA's) Department of Defense (DoD) Insider Threat Management and Analysis Center (DITMAC) mission for Secured Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPR) User Activity Monitoring (UAM) Analyst services primarily located at SOCOM - MacDill AFB, Tampa, FLIf interested and qualified, we welcome you to apply for this challenging opportunityANTICIPATED AWARD MONTH: October 2024 ANTICIPATED START MONTH: October 2024 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:1 Base Year + 4 Option Years LOCATION: SOCOM - MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI Security Clearance About Us: Celestar, a Veteran Owned Company is Very Competitive with Salaries and Benefits.As an example, we offer Company Paid Benefits that include Employee and Family Dental Insurance, Employee Health Insurance, Life Insurance and Disability Insurance as well.We also offer a 401K retirement company match, paid Holidays and Personal Time offResponsibilities: --- Provides Tier 1 UAM Analysis support; The primary purpose of Tier 1 UAM analysis is to perform initial triage of alerts received and recommend dismissal or escalation to Tier 2 analysis--- Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature--- Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements--- Remains informed of current trends, lead practices and other news/information that could improve analysis--- Conducts initial and reinforcement training and remain current on InT/UAM news, information, and trends as well as related analysis activities--- May be required to attend conferences, read news and journals, attend component specific InT/UAM required training, and participate in other InT/UAM value-added training and community events--- Identify and recommend new alerts, analytics, triggers, filters, decision-making, capabilities, and processes to improve the accuracy and efficiency of InT analysis, tools, solutions, and program--- Identify and recommend changes to existing alerts, analytics, triggers, filters, decision-making, capabilities, and processes to improve the accuracy and efficiency of InT analysis, tools, solutions, and programRequired Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 yearsDesired Education : Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.SDepartment of EducationHowever, an additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category, for a total of 7 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a Bachelor's degreeCome onboard with a company that Values its Employees!
