Responsibilities:• Use our proven systems and tools to contact and follow up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home or vacant land• Help buyers find their ideal home and negotiate a successful property purchase through consistent follow-through, clear communication, and exceptional customer service• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, and amendments, for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction• Participate in and complete ongoing company-sponsored training specific to the position• Be coachable for success!
