Job Title: Product Operations Analyst Position Type: Contract Location: Austin, TX; 3 Days on-site Salary Range / Rate (Currency): $ 45-60/hr Job ID#: #137988 Responsibilities : Support long-term product growth through a combination of data analysis, product ideation, and experimentation. Facilitate weekly reporting utilizing data to highlight trends in product adoption. Execute analytics projects by closely collaborating with Data Analytics, Product Marketing, and Operations to track product goals. Merge and analyze diverse datasets proficiently using advanced Excel functions to ensure data coherence and integrity for strategic decision-making processes. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of experience in an analytical or product role. Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate across various technical and non-technical functions to achieve common product goals. Proficiency in quantitative analysis geared towards extracting actionable insights from complex datasets. Experience conducting exploratory analysis with minimal direction to address ambiguous open-ended questions. Experience with experimentation to design multivariate tests, synthesize test results, and develop frameworks for data-informed launch decisions. Proficiency in data querying languages (e.g., SQL). Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with and influencing multi-disciplinary product teams, including software engineers, designers, product managers, and data scientists. Experience working in a dynamic startup environment. Background in ad tech.
