The Role: As a Cycle Mechanic / Wheel Builder, you will play a pivotal role in identifying faults, damage, and wear on cycles and wheelsets. Responsibilities: Building custom bicycles and wheels with precision. Prepare cost estimation. Liaising with customers on specifications, repairs, and maintenance. Providing excellent service within the retail environment. Requirements: Previously worked as a Cycle Mechanic, Wheel Builder or in a similar role. Proven ability in repairs, maintenance, and servicing. Strong communication skills for customer interaction. Ideally, a Mechanic with a willingness to learn wheel building skills. Valid driving licence.
