Information Security Media Group is searching for an enthusiastic Event Marketing Manager with a " can-do" attitude to assist our organisation in hosting Executive Roundtables and Custom Events within cybersecurity. The Event Marketing Manager will be tasked with the recruitment of attendees, sponsorship management, logistic coordination, and delivering on event brief objectives for our vendor sponsored events. The Event Marketing Manager will be responsible for at least 4-8 virtual/live events per month. The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate exceptional organisational abilities, superb interpersonal skills, multi-tasking skills, and outstanding time-management. The noteworthy Event Marketing Manager should reinforce excellent client relations, amplify brand visibility and improve the organisation's image, and effectively deliver on event objectives. Responsibilities Ownership of attendee recruitment including creation of marketing and invitation copy. Outbound attendee prospecting & active recruitment. Segmenting and distributing invitations to internal database. Attendee confirmation management, delegate nurture and attrition management. Creating marketing copy and utilizing Marketing Automation System (Marketo) to execute and monitor event promotions. Secure appropriate attendee volume through heavy outbound prospecting in line with client specks. Edit, proofread and optimize copy for promotional materials ensuring both ISMG & client standards have been met. Assist in expanding global attendee prospect database and nurture existing attendee relationships by recruiting C-level executives to participate in events. Maintain consistent communication with event sponsors through the lifecycle of each event. Coordinate with ISMG Sales, Editorial, and Graphics teams to ensure deliverables are completed in a timely manner and approved by the sponsors.
