We have the following vacancy to commence as soon as possible. DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES Term Time + 3 weeks – 36 hours per week x 42 weeks per year This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented and experienced individual to join a friendly and supportive team and to make a significant contribution to the College’s continued success. This is a newly created position to further improve our already efficient HR provision. This role provides you with a fantastic opportunity to lead a team to deliver key activities designed to create a high-performing environment in which both students and teachers can be at their best. The Director of HR will lead and manage the work of the HR Department and provides advice, guidance and support to the Senior Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will possess integrity, resilience and the ability to communicate effectively with employees, management and external stakeholders. This role is term time plus 3 weeks, 36 hours per week. The starting salary will be dependent on experience and will range between £62,218 to £64,919 per annum, inclusive of fringe area allowance.
