Role and Responsibilities: Responsible for all process improvements and projects on site Supervising and mentoring junior members of staff : 1 direct report Non conformance management : reporting, monitoring, measuring etc. Developing systems to the optimum level : process mapping, gap analysis, action planning and project management.
