Can you think outside the box? We are looking for a dynamic person or couple to manage an independent country pub in North Suffolk. You need to be experienced in the hospitality sector with the ability to expand the diversity of the business base. The initial priority is to expand the beverage side with a focus on quality seasonal produce and locally brewed ales. Live in accommodation is possible. Salary by negotiation according to age and experience. Self-employed Head Chef required. You will be part of the recruitment process for the employment of new team members, ensuring their skills and passion are in keeping with our overall philosophy. Building a dependable team, ensures the kitchen is always ready for service. Your ability to keep calm and methodical in a stressful environment is paramount. An ability to produce creative and traditional dishes that deliver on taste as well as margin will be required. Hours and salary to be negotiated.
