An opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Training Manager to join a well: established family firm that makes over 19 million high: quality sandwiches, wraps, rolls and salads each year. Since 1988, they have grown from a small, local operator, into a GBP 25m+ turnover national supplier. You will maintain control, standards and motivation throughout the entire production workforce ensuring the best quality product is always produced. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective development of employees within the organization. Previous experience is not essential As Deputy Training Manager, your responsibilities will include: : Providing one: to: one training to all new employees : Utilising a variety of methods and techniques, such presentations and workshops : Ensuring sessions are well organised and effectively communicated : Adapting approaches to accommodate different learning styles and diverse employee backgrounds : backssing the effectiveness of programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance backssments : Continuously improving materials and methods based on feedback : Monitoring and tracking employee progress and performance : Assisting in developing and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to training and development : Maintaining records, including writing and rewriting guides and procedures : Ensuring all policies and procedures are being followed : backssing on health and safety duties (audits, investigate accidents, risk backssments) We're looking for a Deputy Training Manager with the following: : Previous experience in a production environment : The ability to receive and follow instructions : Good organisational skills to manage multiple training initiatives, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring accuracy : Flexible and enthusiastic : A team player : Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point : Has good communication skills : Previous.
