Responsibilities: As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of our road construction project. Key responsibilities include: 1 Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, considering timelines, resources, and budget constraints. Ensure the successful execution of road construction projects, meeting quality and safety standards. Site Management: Supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to specifications and project requirements. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain efficient workflow. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of construction. Conduct regular inspections and backssments to identify and address any issues promptly. Health and Safety: Uphold and enforce strict safety protocols on: site, promoting a culture of safety among the project team. Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions. Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to project managers and stakeholders. Collaborate with the design team to ensure construction aligns with project specifications. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Proven experience as a Site Engineer, with a focus on road construction projects. Familiarity with relevant engineering software and tools. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
