RCC is looking for technicians in Wilmington, Delaware and surrounding areas to assist with desktop/network install/decommission and Break/ Fix tickets. This work will be conducted mostly during normal business hours, but may involve nights and weekends. We are building up a talent pool of techs that we can contact for tech support work. Work hours vary. Lots of work! These tickets include the following: · Desktop/Laptop/ VDI/ Monitor and peripheral installs · Vendor Escorts · Cable Infrastructure Patching · Rack & Stack of network devices · Decommission of network/server devices · Cisco phone installations- Troubleshoot Cisco switches, power supplies, line cords, etc. · Power Disconnect & Parts Inventory Property Powered by JazzHR
