Employbridge Search Group is currently recruiting for a Project Manager in the El Mirage Arizona area to manage leading edge projects.RESPONSIBILITIES: * Management and administration of the overall project and assist in defining project specific objectives, work and deliverables * Provide management and guidance to appropriate departments and a primary liaison between client and company * Ensures all facets of the projects are in accordance with proper permits, approvals and other regulatory prerequisites * Ensure work is compliance with all relevant building and safety codes * Report progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines * Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts * Manage and select subcontractors and supplier relationships * Coordinate entire project between architects, designers, engineers and subcontractors * Travel to clients and/or sites as needed * Other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in related field * 5 plus years in structural steel fabrication or related industry * Ability to read and comprehend drawings and plans, specifications, addenda, bid materials, contracts and related construction documents, structural and steel shop drawings * Strong contract negotiations, RFI and submittal process, change management, shop process * Excellent presentation skills both written and verbal * Skilled in client communication, reporting and relationships * Strong problem-solving, analytical and project management skills * Ability to travel as needed
