The firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager to join the dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex tax matters and providing strategic tax planning advice to individuals and businesses. They will also possess a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with clients and other stakeholders. Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation and filing of state and federal tax returns for individuals and businesses Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients Resolve complex tax issues and protect clients' financial interests Stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations Research and analyze complex tax issues Manage a team of tax professionals Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities Respond to client inquiries and resolve tax issues Represent clients in tax audits and appeals Prepare financial reports and presentations Provide input on tax-related financial decisions Mentor and train junior tax professionals Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or taxation CPA license required 8+ years of experience in tax preparation and planning Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Superior communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Quickbooks Hybrid or Remote option available Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Bonus 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Life insurance Paid license renewal and approved continuing education Opportunity to work with a team of talented professionals Chance to make a significant impact on the success of a growing company Professional development and training opportunities Powered by JazzHR
