Job Summary Come Join Us! ACCO Brands is seeking a talented and motivated Human Resources Generalist to support our corporate and unionized manufacturing employees. Working in a matrix organization, you will join the Canadian Human Resource team, headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, and will also be part of our global Human Resources group. This gives you the opportunity to partner with our shared services teams in the execution of daily tasks as well as providing the opportunity to participate in exciting regional projects. The Generalist will work in the areas of talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations, labour relations and culture and engagement. They will also administer our health and welfare programs and support employee recognition initiatives. Responsibilities Talent Acquisition • Lead the full cycle recruiting process for specified salaried office roles and all union plant roles: confirm recruiting strategy, coach managers on the recruiting process, develop job descriptions, source and interview candidates, deliver offers.
