This global position and function will collaborate with business and HR leaders to deliver a best-in-class performance program and methodology that is aligned to business objectives and values. In this role you will: Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their winning team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. Leads the ongoing development and implementation of the Bank-wide performance management strategy, strategic priorities and long term vision Lead the ongoing global framework, tools, processes and roadmap and make modification and adjustments as required Execute on an annual enterprise roadmap and change communication plan for the Performance strategy Ensure approach is fully enabled and supported via Enterprise HR technology and collaborating effectively with key stakeholders Set clear performance targets to measure, backss, and communicate performance effectiveness and impact Provide ongoing thought leadership on leading practices to enable high performance E stablish and track KPIs for initiatives that build diverse teams and drive high-performance Stay informed using industry/external relative benchmarks and report progress to executive management Set clear performance targets to measure, backss and communicate progress Designs and implements the set of integrated actions that will influence the mindset and behavior changes.
